Maintenance Of High Temperature And High Pressure Yarn Package Dyeing Machine

Objects :

  1. To know the gearing mechanism.
  2. To know the different types of maintenance.
  3. To inspect different controlling points.

Features of machine:

  1. Before dyeing in this machine the yarn is wound onto a perforated stainless steel cone o rcheese former softly so that the dye liquor can penetrate inside the package.
  2. These packages are loaded on a vertical perforated tube
  3. This perforated tube is joined with the dye vessel which circulates dye liquor with the help of a centrifugal pump
  4. In this machine dyeing is done in 20lb/inchpressure and at 100º-130 ºC temperature. In the case of natural fibre low temp and low pressure are kept.

Main parts:

  1. Drying tank
  2. Blower
  3. Flow exchange valve
  4. Drain tank

Utilities:

  1. Gas
  2. Steam
  3. Electricity
  4. Water

Controlling points:

  1. Maximum temperature: Temperature should be controlled . Maximum temp will be 120º.
  2. Pressure should be controlled. Maximum pressure 5 kg/cm or 20 lbs/inch.
  3. Steam kg/cycle : Should be 117 kg/ cycle
  4. Compressed air : Pressure should be unifom.
