Maintenance Of High Temperature And High Pressure Yarn Package Dyeing Machine

Features of machine:
- Before dyeing in this machine the yarn is wound onto a perforated stainless steel cone o rcheese former softly so that the dye liquor can penetrate inside the package.
- These packages are loaded on a vertical perforated tube
- This perforated tube is joined with the dye vessel which circulates dye liquor with the help of a centrifugal pump
- In this machine dyeing is done in 20lb/inchpressure and at 100º-130 ºC temperature. In the case of natural fibre low temp and low pressure are kept.

Controlling points:
- Maximum temperature: Temperature should be controlled . Maximum temp will be 120º.
- Pressure should be controlled. Maximum pressure 5 kg/cm or 20 lbs/inch.
- Steam kg/cycle : Should be 117 kg/ cycle
- Compressed air : Pressure should be unifom.
