Maintenance of High Temperature and High Pressure Winch Dyeing Machine
Objects:
- To observe the machine.
- To learn about the controlling points.
- To know about the mechanism.
- Overall maintenance of tank.
Features:
- Dyeing of fabric is performed in rope form
- The fabric is given the form of endless chain by sewing its two ends.
- M:L ratio is 1:20 to 1:40
- When speed is 70 r.p.m and fabric moving is 30 to 80 meters/minute
- Dyeing will be better in greater speed.

Controlling points:
- Temperature can be controlled with the machine is in the range 120ºC-140 ºC
- Pressure can be controlled in the machine is about 40lb/inch
- Steam pressure should be uniformly controlled
- Compressed air flow should be uniform
- Motor rpm and hp should be checked regularly
- Winch speed should be around rpm of 70
