Maintenance of Folding Machine
Objects:
- To know the gearing mechanism.
- To know the different types of maintenance.
- To inspect different controlling points.
Machine parts:
- Plate
- Swing arm
- Pin roller
- Wooden cage
Utilities:
Main utility is electricity.
Controlling points:
Pin roller: The pin roller is adjustable . By adjusting the distance between swing roller to pin roller the length of folding can be adjusted.
Width of the feed bed is also one of the controlling points.
