  6. Check C1 , C2 setting which should be equal
  7. If C1, C2 setting is not equal
  8. Loosen the motor bet bolt slightly
  9. Move the motor towards front or back for required setting
  10. Tolerance allowed is 1 mm
  11. Tightened the motor bet bolts
  12. Release the Y26 valve
  13. Bottom variator should be brought to initial position by rotating the variator manually
  14. Engage the tin roll coupling
  15. Run the machine normally

59. What is the frequency for C1 and C2 setting checking?

Answer :

  1. Once in 3 months
  2. When belt is changed
  3. When operating speed is changed
